6 Zylinder, 2443 cm³

Karosseriehersteller: Cabriolet, Stabilimenti Farina
Teilnehmer: Edgardo Michelotti (I)

Presented by Edgardo Michelotti, son of Giovanni Michelotti. While production of the 6C 2500 chassis recommenced after the 1939-1945 war, Touring and Stabilimenti Farina turned their attention again to this mechanical marvel. Their genius resulted in the saloons, the coupés and the cabriolets that today are the pride of collectors.

56. Talbot Lago Record T 26 GS, 1950
6 Zylinder, 4482 cm³

Karosseriehersteller: Roadster-Barchetta, Motto
Teilnehmer: Christoph Ringier (CH)

Considered in 1947 to be a proper racing car, the T26 GS had 220 CV, a power that is close to the one-seater of the time. The Barchetta line takes its inspiration from the one-seater, with the addition of mudguards, lighting and a spare tyre. Many Talbot Lago T26 GSs took part in the 24 Hour Le Mans race, and they also distinguished themselves in several concours d’élégance with bodywork by Saoutchik, or Figoni & Falachi. The car presented is by Rocco Motto, an independent coachbuilder from Turin, known not only for his original work on sports cars, in the period 1930-1965, but also for prestigious work on Cadillac, Packard and Delahaye chassis.

58. Jaguar XK 120C, 1952
6 Zylinder, 3442 cm³

Karosseriehersteller: Open two seater, Jaguar
Teilnehmer: Christian Jenny (CH)

The glorious years of Jaguar began with the entry of the C-type into car racing, conceived for the 24 Hour Le Mans race in 1951. The engine of the XK 120, mounted onto a tubular frame, and supercharged more than 30%, develops 210 CV. At the start of the 24-Hours in 1951 there were three C-types: Whitehead and Walker took Jaguar to its first victory at the Le Mans 24 Hours.

60. Arnolt Bristol, 1954
6 Zylinder, 1971 cm³

Karosseriehersteller: Open two seat sport, Bertone
Teilnehmer: Michael Parr (GB)

Conceived in Chicago by Stanley Howard Arnolt, the first Arnolt used an MG TD chassis, before giving way to a more attractive and sporty concept, the Arnolt Bristol 2 Litres. Bertone was given the task of creating the three coupés and 245 roadsters produced between 1953 and 1963.

62. Lancia Aurelia B24, 1955
6 Zylinder a V, 2451 cm³

Karosseriehersteller: Spider, Pininfarina
Teilnehmer: Guido Lamperti (I)

This model is one of the most prestigious from the Lancia production and it was launched in 1955. It became so successful immediately in the United States that it was known as the “B24 America”. Two hundred and forty spiders were produced and 521 cabriolets until the end of 1958. In 1955, the year the model presented was built, production was limited to 59 spiders and 181 convertibles.

64. Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Prototipo, 1956
4 Zylinder, 1290 cm³

Karosseriehersteller: Bertone, Prototipo
Teilnehmer:Elena Maggiore (I)

The mythical Giulietta Spider was designed and built by Pininfarina, but it is not well-known that also Bertone made a proposal to Alfa Romeo for an “open” version. This project as been not approved in spite of the wonderful body, conceived by the futurist creativity of Franco Scaglione, as Bertone was already in charge with the Giulietta Sprint production and should have not been able to arrange the production line of a new car. This car is one of the only 2 produced.
