CORRIERE D'ELEGANZA IConcorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este 2023
Dear Friend of the Concorso,
Autumn offers such a wide variety of delights. But the most wonderful perspective for us is the vision of the coming spring. From 19th to 21st May 2023, we will have the privilege of welcoming you for the next edition of the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in Cernobbio. During recent weeks, we have already started to make preparations for this unique event in the world of blue-riband classic automobiles.
We are therefore especially pleased to be in a position to inform you of the official launch and announce that our registration portal is open with immediate effect. It therefore gives us great pleasure to warmly invite you to submit your application to join the 2023 edition of the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este as a participant together with your Historic Car. You can access all the important information about submitting an application by clicking on this link. As usual, our Selecting Committee is made up of distinguished connoisseurs and experts, and they await your application with interest, while also looking forward to getting in touch with you.
Accompanying our preparations, the Selecting Committee is developing the thematic apogees for the coming Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. There is a well-established tradition that the marvellous vehicles taking part in this world-renowned contest compete with each other in clearly defined classes.
The first two topics have already been defined and both of them celebrate momentous anniversaries. Under the title “A Century of the 24 Hours of Le Mans: heroes of the most famous race in the world”, one-of-a-kind racing cars from many decades will bear testimony to their achievements in this most popular of endurance races.
The Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este will dedicate another exciting class to the Porsche marque this coming May: “Porsche at 75: delving into the Stuttgart legend’s iconic and eccentric back catalogue”. The automaker officially celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2023. The first ever Porsche was officially registered and issued with a licence for the road in June 1948.
We join together with you in looking forward with great anticipation to this exciting and exceptional weekend.
With our very best wishes,
Your Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este Team
