1 Information

For registering your Historic Car for the next Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, please fill out the following form. The more detailed information you provide, the higher the chance of possible acceptance for the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. After sending the form you will receive an email with further information shortly.

All registrations will be gathered and assessed during the Selecting Committee Meeting. The selection process will take some time, so we ask you for some patience.

After your Historic Car has been selected, you can book the weekend package which includes three nights’ accommodation at the Villa d’Este (Friday to Monday) and Food & Beverage services.

The price for the entrant’s package starts at € 5,950.00 and depends on the category of the room selected. The package is valid for two persons sharing one room.

6 Selecting Process

During several meetings over the coming weeks, your registration will be carefully assessed by the Selecting Committee.

If your car is selected as one of the participating vehicle of the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, you will receive a confirmation by email. A booking form for booking the package and completing your registration will also be sent to you.
If your car is not selected, an information note will be sent to you by email.

7 Data Protection

BMW AG collects, processes and uses your indicated personal data only for the purpose of your registration and realisation of the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este (see Sec. 2 of the Privacy Information). As an individual whose data is subject to processing, you may assert certain rights against us in accordance with the GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, e.g. the right to access, to rectify and to erase your data (Art. 15-21 GDPR).

On request, you can obtain information during regular business hours about your personal data being stored at BMW AG via email to guest-relation@concorsodeleganzavilladeste.com or by telephone +49 (0) 89 - 127 64 45 27 (at the current local rate) and can ask for correction, deletion or blocking of your personal data. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect using the email address and phone number mentioned above should you have any objections against the collection, processing and use of your personal data.
